How do I sign up to use Online Banking?

If you're new to Firefly, or have yet to sign up for Online Banking, you'll need to give us a call or speak to someone at one of our locations. We'll be happy to help set you up to use the free service.

How do I login to Online Banking?

Visit our home page at fireflycu.org and type your Online Banking credentials in the designated box. It's as easy as that!  

What is Online Banking?

Online Banking is the free online banking platform for Firefly. It allows you to view transaction history and current balances, transfer funds, pay bills and even track spending trends.

What are the browser requirements for Online Banking?

As of March 2016, we support Internet Explorer 11, Safari 8 for Mac OS and the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome. If you aren't sure which browser you have, you can usually find it in the "Help" option at the top of your browser window. If you do need to upgrade to a newer browser version, don't worry as it is pretty easy. Try searching for simple keywords like "download internet explorer 10" in Google. You should then be able to find the appropriate version to download (MAC OS/Windows OS).

How secure and private is Online Banking?

Firefly uses encryption technology to ensure the exchange of your private information over the Internet is safe. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption scrambles your private data as it transmits over the Internet protecting it from being deciphered and used fraudulently. Both our Online Banking platform and Online Bill Payment service always use the highest level of confidentiality protection technology available.

How do you know it's secure? Look for your URL bar to change to green.
